This project was a part of the Québec is Fashionably Late at MOMU event in November 2007 in Antwerp, Belgium. Inspired by urban sound pollution and the fragility of the citizens who face it day to day, this subject is further explored by the contrast between the heavy and brittle qualities of traditional material and anti-material that are normally hidden.
2007. Jupe et hauts. Laine, tricots de coton et rayonne, bourrure de laine d’agneau, entoilage, chamois et épaulettes.
Ce projet a été présenté en novembre 2007 à Anvers dans le cadre de l’événement «Québec is Fashionably Late at MOMU». Il a été inspiré par la pollution sonore urbaine et la fragilité d’un être face à celle-ci. J’ai exploré ce sujet par le contraste entre la lourdeur et la vulnérabilité des matières et des anti-matières.
